The Belle is a mix of renters and owners. Many of the owners have been coming to the Belle long before it was sold as individual cottages. From time to time they will gather for music at night. You are welcome to join. Everyone is very nice.

The cottage

While it's not classified as a tiny home, the cottage is certainly small, 550 sq ft. We have designed the space largely for families or couples.

It is meant for:

  • two adults and up to three children

  • couples

  • no more than four adults

The primary room

The primary bedroom features a queen-size bed with a tuft and needle mattress. We aim to provide pillows of varied densities to help you find the right fit. You can feel free to move them around from room to room.

Please note: Our contractor “forgot” to put the closet in when remodeling our cottage so we do not have a lot of storage space.

 

This room features a bunk bed. The bottom mattress is a full Beautyrest pillowtop mattress. The top bunk and trundle are twins.

We have done our best to anticipate your needs. When we say fully stocked, we mean it.

Appliances: kettle, coffee grinder, personal-sized smoothie blender, toaster, waffle iron, ocean animal waffle iron, small rice maker

The living room has an 84” couch that is meant to seat 3. There is an additional arm chair and three bar stools.

Behind the cottage you will find a bin full of goodies for the pool and beach. Feel free to open any new packages. We do ask that any inflatables that you use are deflated and returned to the bin. You can use the inflation device located in the livingroom to do this.
